Job Overview
WealthCentric Insurance and Financial Services is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our brokerage as Independent Contractor Insurance Sales Agents. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build their own book of business, work independently, and earn uncapped commission income.

Duties & Responsibilities
-
Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients in need of insurance and financial products
-
Build and manage your own book of business through consistent outreach and relationship development

Conduct outside sales, remote sales, and follow-ups as needed

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Sell multiple product lines including life, health, home, auto, and investment-related products

Explain coverage options, policy details, and pricing clearly to clients

Negotiate policy terms while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up activities

Implement marketing and outreach strategies to generate new business and retain clients

Provide excellent customer service and ongoing client support

Stay informed on industry regulations and licensing requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Sales experience in insurance, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ethical sales practices

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

Familiarity with marketing or lead generation strategies is beneficial

Licensing Requirements

Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses prior to start date

Licensing costs are the responsibility of the candidate, with training support provided
