Producing Partners

This position is for the candidate who is seeking to be licensed or newly licensed looking to work full-time or part-time, as a primary career or as a supplement to a primary income. We offer a comprehensive training program and will assist in licensing, product knowledge, sales strategies and marketing support. The right candidate would have a passion in helping others to grow their assets and protecting what they have accumulated. Skills required are the ability to communicate effectively, be analytical, able to assess data and make presentations to assist clients in making the right financial decision. The candidate must be comfortable searching for opportunities and meeting with potential clients to expand business growth.
Agency Partners

This position is designed for the candidates who are licensed and have extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry. This candidate is proficient in all facets of business acumen to include marketing and management. The right candidate would possess leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to perform at their best. They would be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage budgets. This position is for the candidate who is inspired to own their own business, wants a flexible work environment, and willing to work hard to achieve their unlimited financial potential.
Agency Intern
This program is designed for graduating high school seniors, college graduates or someone who wants to learn about the insurance and financial services industry. WealthCentric provides an opportunity for the candidate to be exposed to all facets of the business to include sales & marketing, accounting, clients services and management. The applicant will be assessed based on their interest and ability. They will have the chance to shadow our experienced team members and get formal training as well as hands on experience. At the end of the program, an opportunity to gain a permanent position can be presented for the candidate that demonstrates the ability to succeed in the insurance and financial services industry.
